Duckysino does not currently charge fees on deposits. However, your own bank, card issuer, or payment provider may apply transaction fees independently, for which Duckysino accepts no responsibility.
All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Deposits that cannot be matched to the registered account holder will be refunded and any associated play may be voided.

The standard weekly withdrawal limit for all players is €3,000. Players who have attained VIP status (Gold or Platinum tier) may withdraw up to €20,000 per week. Where a withdrawal method carries its own unlimited limit, the player's applicable weekly cap still applies unless they hold VIP status.
Wins exceeding €15,000 may, at Duckysino's discretion, be paid in monthly instalments of up to €15,000 per month until the full amount has been disbursed. Where this arrangement applies, we will notify you and provide a payment schedule. This provision applies to casino game wins and tournament prizes; progressive jackpot pay-out structures may be governed by separate terms disclosed at the point of the jackpot win.
Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the deposit wherever technically possible. If the original method is unavailable, we will contact you to arrange an alternative. The account name on the payment method must match the name on your registered Duckysino account; withdrawals to accounts in a different name will not be processed.
Before any withdrawal is processed, you must have completed KYC verification. Pending KYC clearance, withdrawal requests will be held in a queue and processed upon successful verification. Withdrawal requests may also be subject to an internal review period; we aim to initiate processing within the timeframes stated in the table above following completion of all checks.
You may cancel a withdrawal request while it remains in a pending status. Once processing has commenced, cancellation may not be possible. If a withdrawal is cancelled or reversed back to your account, the funds return to your Real Money Balance.
Duckysino is required to comply with applicable anti-money-laundering (AML) legislation. We monitor transactions for suspicious activity and are obligated to report any concerns to the relevant authorities without necessarily informing the player.
